Sunstone

 

Rare and difficult to find, sunstone is a naturally occurring sparkly and flashing orange-red semi-precious gemstone.  Color ranges from peachy pink to bright orange or even light red.   The State gemstone of Oregon.

Character:  Joyful; Good-natured; Regenerative; Optimistic; Confident; Enthusiastic; Benevolent
 
Mystical properties: 
v Restore sweetness, happiness and sense of pleasure in your life.     

v Strengthens the life force and vitality.

v Said to protect the wearer from destructive forces and remove "hooks" from other people (whether in the chakras or aura.)Beneficial in "tie-cutting" and helping to say "no" when appropriate.
